Geachte heer Van Amstel, Vandaag wend ik mij tot u, gezien onze uitstekende samenwerking ten tijde van mijn dienstverband bij de Baak te Noordwijk in de periode 1989-1991, toen u nog werkzaam was te WIJK BIJ DUURSTEDE. Na mijn ontslag in juli 1991 - waarbij mijn toenmalige werkgeefster had bedongen bij mijn keuzeproces betrokken te willen blijven -

hebben zich tal van ontwikkelingen voorgedaan voortkomend uit uw advies in december 1991 om een handelsmerk te deponeren. Zo heb ik in die tijd het handelsmerk 'Instituto Cervantes' gedeponeerd bij het Benelux Merkenbureau in de categorie 'opleidingen' trainingen en cursussen'. In een later stadium is mij gebleken dat de Spaanse overheid eveneens een instituut heeft onder die naam. In het voorjaar van 1996 heb ik het handelsmerk definitief in gebruik genomen. Hierdoor is het Spaanse instituut met dezelfde naam op het Domplein alhier in beginsel illegaal. Ik 'gedoog' dit instituut, maar ben van mening dat zij mij schatplichtig zijn. In januari 1997 heb ik eveneens het Instituto Cervantes Limited England and Wales opgericht en mijn benoeming als director van deze 'company' ontvangen namens Companies House in Cardiff. In april vorig jaar heb ik mijn bevoegdheden in het Verenigd Koninkrijk overgedragen aan de Princess of Wales, Lady Diana Frances Spencer, en haar voorgesteld om er per 28 september daaropvolgend een familiebedrijf Van der Heyden/Spencer van te maken in de vorm van een holding met werkmaatschappijen. Dit proces is echter ernstig verstoord geraakt door de interventie van de heer Dodi Al Fayed, die ik - evenals zijn vader Mohamed - verantwoordelijk houd voor het dodelijke ongeval in Parijs op 31 augustus vorig jaar. Hierdoor heeft de ontwikkeling van ons bedrijf ernstige miljoenenschade opgelopen. In dat verband acht ik het van belang een schadeclaim in te dienen bij de Chairman van Harrods, die van mijn positie op de hoogte is. Conform de bij mijn ontslag gemaakte afspraak heb ik mijn werkgeefster/collega, mevrouw Drs. E.H. Halbertsma, regelmatig op de hoogte gehouden van de ontwikkelingen terzake. Op dit moment ben ik budgettair beperkt. Nochtans stel ik het zeer op prijs indien u voor mij als raadsman wilt optreden en ontvang gaarne een vrijblijvende uitnodiging voor een onderhoud teneinde de heer Mohamed Al Fayed gerechtelijk te vervolgen. Today I received a little statue of an angel carrying a red candle and a so called mistery present representing a peacock caring for three mushrooms from which two are broken down. My intuition tells me that this present must have a deep significance. It makes me think of a dear Lady and the broken hearts of two children who have my deepest concern. I think a lot of them. I can inform that the continuity of British Monarchy has my Supreme Concern as a member of the oldest noble family of this continent that produced every Royal House in Our Continent. I am still prepared to marry the mother of Prince William. I have no problem with Her temporary relationship with Mr Al Fayed in order to raise a financial participation in the Business Plan Instituto Cervantes Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, England and Wales.

A historical day. Welcome home again. It means to you a year of freedom. To me a year of new inspiration. A year of a new relationship with Britain. A new starting point. A new process. Forgetting Spain and Spanish for a while and concentrating on England and English. I look back with a great sense of satisfaction. I have learned to know you in a year. First by buying two books of Andrew Morton. Then newspapers in which I followed you and learned to know your world. As you stepped out of the royal household, I got into, although out of a humble atmosphere. You have been my inspiration to change. You inspired me to celebrate Christmas in the cradle of our royal family. You inspired me to found a new company in Britain with a world wide known name. You inspired me to invest all my money in a new relationship. You were - and still are - my invisible manager, the new partner on the other side of the sea. I learned a lot during the last year. First of all I learned to improve my English. I got new ideas, new thoughts and noticed that they are the same as yours.
