The Commercial Manager appoints
the Country Managers and generates the business. The Country Managers
are repsonsible for the appointments of the zijn Division Managers.
The basic assumptions of the Business Plan are in prinmciple equal
for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, England and Wales. The
business units can work under Cervantes
label in these countries. The Country
Manager Spain has on the first place a coordinating function within
the network mentionned in the Business Plan.
