4.10 SITUATION AND ACCESS
The seaside resort Torremolinos on the south coast of Spain is perfectly reachable from Málaga. At a distance of six kiolometers. There is a train connection from the airport to the centre of the town. A direct communication by the high speed train (AVE = Alta Velocidad Española) to Madrid is in preparation. The journey by Talgo via the high speed section takes still only four hours and a half. The Congress Centre is situated two kilometers from the railway station.

The establishments in Málaga and Torremolinos will be used as well as a jumping board to South America for Dutch employers aiming to extend their commercial contacts with that continent. A further development strategy will be developed in collaboration with the Management of the Malaca Instituto.
