2.3.2 Government
The government of the foundation will be formed by representatives from respectively Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Spain and gives recommendation to the management of the company. The main responsibility for the organization has been in British hands from 18 April until 31 Augustus 1997.

The responsibility for the Benelux remains at the time till further notice in the hands of the Manager Benelux. In connection with a drastic process of recovery after the death of his British partner he has delegated these tasks to a good Colleague.
